Eligibility Requirements

Items are eligible for return if they are:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • Include original tags
  • In original packaging
  • Within 14 days of receiving your item

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@e-power-go.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending your package

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

To request a return, use our Contact Form and provide:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item Number of product to be returned
  3. Reason for return
  4. Preferred resolution (Refund or Replacement)

Inspect items upon delivery and contact us immediately about defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue. Our support team will respond within one business day with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products
  • Gift Cards

Refund Processing

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. If you haven't received your refund after checking with your bank, please email support@e-power-go.com.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

To cancel or modify an order, email us as soon as possible. We'll try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has shipped. After receiving your order, you can still return it for an exchange or refund according to our policy.

Shipping Costs and Fees

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Depending on the manufacturer, restocking fees may apply. Our team will work to assist you with your request.
