- Orders ship in 7 days
- Delivery within 3 days after shipment (excluding holidays)

A customer agent will contact you shortly after your order to discuss shipping options. We recommend expedited shipping for faster processing (7 days or less).
Please note that manufacturer backorders or product shortages may occur beyond our control. In such cases, our customer service team will contact you with updated shipping timeframes.
Payment
We do not immediately process credit card payments upon purchase. We will contact you to confirm your preferred shipping method before processing your payment.
Confirmation Email
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Please check your spam folder if not received. If you still don't receive confirmation, email support@e-power-go.com with subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" for assistance.
Holiday Processing
During holidays, in-stock orders may experience slight shipping and delivery delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
Order Combining
Backyard Provider does not combine multiple orders into a single shipment. Each order maintains a separate shipment record.

The following protections are available only if purchased before your order ships:

- Report lost items promptly for potential replacement
- Proper reporting required for brand resolution
Damage Protection
- Applies only to items damaged during shipping (before delivery)
- Refuse damaged deliveries, report to shipping company, and contact us
- Proper reporting with proof required for replacement or compensation
